This is a collection of some of the pieces I have created over the years for various freelance clients.

This is the First Prize winner for a new logo for the College of Creative Arts of San Francisco State University. The theme was Building Without Boundaries so I used a familiar Roman architectural element of the roof on top of a picture of clouds and sky.

I jumped at the opportunity to create a poster using the same elements from the College of Creative Arts logo. The events that precipitated a new logo were a new building and new dean. The Open Studios event was planned with a hope to introduce people to the new environment, hence the use of the map of the department buildings, with offices, meeting halls and entrances highlighted clearly.

< Steve Masters Moderm Mix CD was targeted to the young dance club audience who listen to this music in the clubs and on the radio. The idea behind the design was to suggest the vibrance associated with dance music, which is visually represented with the ripples.

This business card is one use of the business identity created for this publisher. The idea was to focus on their books being read. Some other uses of the logo are mailing lables, letterhead and envelopes.

The concept behind this graphic was to represent the unbalanced nature of man. To achieve that I used the physic of half of a 90 pound weakling melded with half of a Charles Atlas body, set into Da Vinci's Proportions of Man diagram.

Mary Oudeman, a stained glass artist, needed a durable sign that could be used inside and outside as she sells her work mostly at outdoor fairs and craft shows. Although this was designed on the computer, the final piece was painted with acrylics onto a wood board and sealed to protect it against the elements.
